moonstruck dont work with enhanced mending and dont increase time its out for

moonstruck is bugged and dont last forever if u hit a guy with tree spec enhanced mending even though it says it increases rune durration powers by 2 seconds every time u damage a guy with range or melee attack depending on spec tree u got it from
