Wasn't there a very specific BUG that if you had certain Nemesis Henchmen using very specific powers they would never count for the perks?
It's been a while since I have done any Nemesis content but I do remember the missions solo all the time and I do remember this happening!
I went back to the Nemesis terminal to change them so I could hunt for perks again

The only ones I can get to count up are vampires. Undead and Infernals aren’t counting.
