Thundering Kicks - Third hit of combo is not critting

Just noticed this and tested it extensively. The third hit of the Thundering Kicks combo is definitely not critting. I went back to test other combos and they are all critting on the third hit so the bug seems isolated to just Thundering Kicks. Please have a look into this and fix, thank you!
