Pets/Sidekicks' Max speed and Teleport instantly kills them and more

1. The Pet movement Buff created a new glitch, the Instant Death of pets/sidekicks when you run long distances
I kept having this glitch happening to me on QWZ, but recently i realized during Death Rattle and Serenade Abyss Back and Forth that this is happening everywhere
There is no way to describe you what is happening without visual help! Here are two GIFs, almost 40 Seconds each!
Please stop blocking Images with uBlock, how am I going to give you visual demonstration of Bugs if you have pictures blocked? 😳
Today I can confirm with the help of regular Pet powers that the Teleportation kills the pets and makes them reach 0 HP randomnly
Not captured here, but at one point I stopped moving only for the game to teleport the corpse of one of the wolves in front of me
The wolves were first to die
The only way I can avoid this Glitch is to not summon anything until I get to the destinated area!
But traveling in Millennium City they just as good as dead
This is a Huge deal with Loyal Sidekicks consider they have 5 seconds CD
What could possible causing this?
The Game glitches and makes the Pet/Sidekicks take falling damage?
The Teleportation has a limit and when the pet reaches X amount of teleports it hits Zero 0?
It's almost like there is a mine bomb across the map that kills them

Another Bug sidekick related
In the Death Rattle Mission, A.P BIO, the Loyal Sidekick's command Bar and HP display will randomly dissapear!
The sidekick will still be active but now you can no longer control it
Quick fix for it is to relog with the character, but it will happen AGAIN (3 times)
Also Pet's AI Completely breaks inside instances like this, they don't know how to navigate throught the rooms
3. Toggle Pet Devices have it even worse because some of them don't even teleport to you! If they stuck in combat that's it, they have sealed their fate (relogging before they die can save them)

I have set the pets on PASSIVE to avoid them falling in combat

The Summoned Wolves will continue teleporting into me but periodically will take falling damage? Until they just hit 0 and DieExhibit 1
