Rhinoplasty

• Fixed an issue where captives would sometimes get stuck in their cage.
• Fixed an issue where Moreau would sometimes get stuck in a dialog loop.
• Fixed an issue where the console to skip cutscenes wasn't allowing multiple players to interact with it.
• Corrected the color mapping on the Chimera Wings costume.

Tried soloing the new Rhinoplasty but Viper X has a serious resetting problem.
Backed into a corner? Clips through wall and resets to 100%. (in the corridor before his room)
Retreats, falls down a small decline (below the plattform he is standing on), cannot see you for a few seconds (while you're fighting adds) and resets to 100%.
