Brilliant Cleave & Therakiel Blade not working with combo specs

Even though they are obviously combo powers, I am not getting bonus damage or stacks of grit via warden mastery when using them on the powerhouse dummy on pts. This makes me suspect the slaughter spec in warden also does not apply. Pls fix

edit: it works with eido combo secondary tho so this seems to be a spec tree issue.

edit 2: also not getting combo damage bonus from arbiter spec "enforcer"
