Taser Arrow: Electric Field

Well when I saw Taser arrow and it's adv, I had to have it. A nice support skill that wasn't a rune ment I could stack with medical arrow.

It doesn't work. Not even a little.

    It does seem to be broken. If you read the advantage details, it is considered to be a rune though.
