Block isn't 100|% in blocking CC

I'm unusual in my pet... I'm a pet fanatic. My summoners usually have a full roster of pets and EB, a passive and Maybe 1-2 extra skills. So when playing solo in areas with alot of enemies I am blocking most of the time. Sometimes I will come out of a block fully CC'd. The psi heavy with his ground slam, a Sleep spell, Dinoa roar. I didn't block when I saw the casting, I was already blocking.
I'm vocal in local. I annopunced being CC'd coming out of block and was told " you didn't block soon enough."
I had just blocked 2 damaging AoEs from mama and baby and the stun AoE showed up. I hadn't stopped blocking.
People... don't block. I see it all the time. Even in Cosmic event bosses. When they do and then unblock and they're CC'd, "I didn't block soon enough" is.. legit to them.
Block, doesn't stop CC 100% of the time. I've experienced it for Years.
That's the bug.
You could sift through spaghetti code to find the error. Might be easy, might be hard.
You could also give block a hidden effect.
If block(yes) when <CC effect> happens. Trigger <breakout> damage effect every 0.5s.
