Power Varient Device Cooldown stacking

I got the Qular Toxic Rifle and the Lightning bolter. I just went to test them against some mobs. After using both in succession the second one I shot had a 90s cooldown but the first one I shot had a 3 minute cooldown.

    Just got finished doing cosmics and every timed I used them, their cooldown was even longer.

    I remember reporting this bug when they first started making more PVDs

    Basically PVDs will add additional time to each other, if you are not using the respectful powe, creating a vicious circle

    Her abilities are Auras and Mecha support. Her attacks are all Rifle devices.

    Also, I did a kiga run and the Toxic rifle went 45s, 45s, 6m
    Lightning 8m, 12m
    It's random, not stacking.
