I would replace rank 3 on defile to the one that gives extra damage with 5 stacks of poison.
Looking for ways to improve this build. I don't want a glass canon, but I would like to do high dps.
I couldn't really think of a good ultimate or AO - I want his powers to emanate from his hands, so no corrosive pit or epidemic.

Well, you'd prob get higher sustained dps from spamming Defile w/ Guardicator instead of alternating between IBlast and Defile w/ Avenger, but it'd use much more energy and be quite harder to afford overall. Up to you if you want to test that approach or not, but it'd be even harder to pull off w/o End SS'd (Defile doesn't guarantee poison application on full charge either, so you may have to re-model the build a bit, if going that route).

Either way, I'd prob get Follow Through in Ego PSS (vs. Aggression or Force of Will). Also, Offensive Expertise is not going to do anything if you don't have an AO trained. Guardian's Make It Count is also not really worth it since its dmg bonus is on the general DR (and only applies to weak blasts anyways). Overall, a few minor issues aside, the build could still work fine w/ its current setup, and given the restrictions.
