2 PRIMUS REC vendors still exist in Desert | Collections officer with only 298 HP in Snake Gulch etc

Report Number 1: Outdated Vendors still exist ingame

There are Two Primus Recognition vendors in Desert despite the currency has been removed years ago

One in the ARMS trainer area and the other in SCIENCE Trainer! They don't have vendor stock, they are stuck on a loop of dialogue

[NPC] PRIMUS Recognition Vendor: Are you in need of equipment?

Additionally, there No UNTIL neither SCR/GCR vendors at all in Desert, like they are in Canada and Monster Island

Report Number 2: HP Oversight on Vendor NPC

The collection officer in Snake Gulch has only 298 HP!
If you aggro Mobs on his side, he will fight and instantly Die!

He DOESN'T seem to respawn!
He either takes too long to do so or you have to leave zone and having no Enemy on his range for the instance to restart

Report Number 2.5: You can actually get a LOT of original NPC get killed because of Events! And their AI won't let them defend

During the recent NIGHTHAWK event! I noticed that the Hechmen next to Kinetic can and will attack him!
The 2 police officers get instantly wiped but Kinetic can barely survive

I wanted to capture a scene of Kinetic fighting for my Album, but got frustrated but couldn't because he wouldn't fight the mobs back

Kinetic AI is extremely outdated

• He remains stationary and won't pursuit the attacking mobs
• He only uses Melee
• He can ONLY attack if the mob are in his very limited Melee range
• He can die

It's actually frustrating how aggressive the Nighthawk? hechmen are during this event

Another example

During Qliphothic Invasion
Alicia Blackmun can get killed by the horrors and she won't respawn very soon

Report Number 2: Missing Vendors from Zones

1. No UNTIL Vendor nor SCR/GCR Vendors in Desert
2. Vibora bay only has UNTIL Vendor (behind the Powerhouse Gear) but no SCR/GCR despite being the location of Endgame Therakiel Temple
3. Lemuria has only UNTIL Vendor but no SCR/GCR Vendors

Suggestions:
In additionally of fixing NPCs' HP and adding Until + SCR/GCR Vendors in every single zone

For quality of life for the US the players who still enjoy leveling via missions and NOT Alerts
Please add more Collections officer across the game in general!
Particularly in Devil's Head Mesa Prison, it would be fitting on the spawn point, next to Isabella Maronni

Bring this bug back because it hasn't been resolved and recently I realized Kinetic CAN DIE during the Takofanes Open mission when being attacked by the Zombies

Same issues, Limited range of melee attacks, he doesn't move, he has low HP

This poor man can't catch a break

Kinetic can still die during the Open Mission Event!

Please buff him to prevent this!
