Map change stopped natural regen

I was rushing to get to Monster island, jumped over the wall, took falling damage. I was in Wild Speed and made it to the plan before regen tic'd more than once. Once I got to the other side my health was stuck and my passive Sentinal Aura didn't heal me, my Radiant Summon stage 3 didn't heal me or it's own aura trigger on me. Going out and taking a single bit of damage caused my health to instantly max out.
