Power Coloring Problem

Not sure if this should be here or in Technical Issue.
I have a LTS, and recently noticed that one of my FreeForm characters "Powers" window does not have the option to color all power at once (they still have the option to be colored individually)

Normally there should be a small coloring option square at the bottom, but it isn't there

    I have the same issue on a couple of characters. There seems to be something different about the freeform slot. Maybe from converting to LTS or with the free freeform slot giveaways? Unless it gets fixed, you can use the powerhue command to change all your power colors.
