When out of a fight pets and players will regen. While players can Max health from <10% health in seconds... pets and sidekicks take minutes. Sure you can resummon pets but sidekicks have a 5m cooldown (Still =( )
Instead of some static amount, 5% health regen every 3 seconds. So even at <10% max health it will only take 1 minute to max health. It is criminal seeing a 14k health sidekick heal for <150 health every 3s instead of 520.
