[Suggestion]: Iron Cyclone/Vicious Cyclone

I'd really like to see a Celestial version of Iron Cyclone/Vicious Cyclone that applies Illumination. Something like:

Divine Judgement
Celestial Affects foe (5 max)
XX + XX energy/0.5 sec 25 foot Sphere
0.5 sec, lasts up to 2.5 sec

Ranged AOE Damage - Knock Back - Enchantment/Curse

Divine Judgement projects pulsing waves of celestial energy around you, lashing out at any enemies that come within its area of effect.

Maintain
+ Deals Dimensional damage to nearby targets.
+ Chance per hit to Knock Back targets. This knock receives half of the Melee Knock Strength benefit from your Strength stat and half of the Ranged Knock Strength from your Ego stat.
+ Has a chance to apply Illumination to enemies. This counts as a Curse.



Advantages:

- Vortex Technique (alt name: Divine Wrath)
- Stand Your Ground (alt name: Angelic Resilience)
- Merciful Energies; (+ Upon full maintain, applies Illumination to self and nearby allies.)
- Accelerated Metabolism
- Challenge

Iron Cyclone:

New Advantage: Illuminating Cyclone - When maintained at least halfway, applies Illuminated to all enemies in range.

Vicious Cyclone:

New Advantage: Phosphorous Cyclone - When maintained at least halfway, applies Illuminated to all enemies in range.
