How to transfer the Premium Pack into the PTS

Greetings,

I've bought the Premium Pack a while ago. If I access the Test server, the premium pack is locked.
Is there any way to unlock/transfer it?
Also, is there any way to unlock content from the Zen store?

I don't know about the Permium Pack, but the Zen store does not work on PTS. If you buy it on live it does go over to PTA, but there is no way to try out stuff in the Zen store on PTS to see if you want to buy it on live.​​
