Is there currently a way to have alternating color (i.e. "rainbow") powers?

I'm aware of this thread(https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/championsonline#/discussion/186637/how-to-have-rainbow-powers), and I used to have this setup for one of my characters, but it stopped working a long while back, and I haven't been able to follow the instructions to set it up again...is there currently any way to do this? Thanks in advance.

    UPDATE: The solution from the above thread is still attempting to work, because every time the character in question activates a power, the following text appears in chat:

    Unknown command "hue".
    Unknown command "hue".

    I'd really like to have this set up again, if possible.
