Vital Shielding

Ya need to give it something special. As it is, it is FAR outclassed by compassion. Sure it triggers on shields instead of heals but... you just need one healing skill and bam. All the shields are much more powerful.
Vital Shielding is a Much, MUCH, weaker version of compassion.
I mean seriously, when I compared them at level 32. Vital Shielding had 3% healing and shields bonus while compassion had 9.7%. That is over 3x as much.
Boost it or give it some special adv.

They also scale on different things.

If you have higher END than PRE then Vital Shielding will work better for you.

If you have higher PRE than END then Compassion will work better for you.
