The open power slots can be w/e ya want.

In general, it can use the lunge w/ adv to quickly put up (and refresh) Fear, and pair that w/ Soul Vortex for Spirit Reverb procs (Soul Vortex also adds some extra background healing). SEmbrace can be the main ranged AoE (no need to use the lunge w/ it, since it can also apply Fear), though Shred also has a cleave component when up-close. On top of using the lunge's Fear + Soul Vortex, for single-targets it alternates between Shred and charged Massacre. You could also use Dimensional Collapse instead of Soul Vortex here (DCollapse can also be made to reliably apply Fear w/ an adv, so the lunge's Fear could be skipped then too). Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Rec and Con (and some cost discount on gear).
