Suddenly Dead.

This has happened 3 times in the past week. during grab only.
I'll be fighting just fine. Heals keeping me healthy then suddenly... DEAD.
I go through the damage records and the incoming damage may take out 1/2, even 2/3 in one case, but I will just suddenly be dead.

The next time this happens, take a screenshot of your combat log and include it.

I had around 3100 health, full health then this happened.
