For next Valentine's Day, how about a Cupid's Arrow Power in the Celestial Power Set?
It can target friend or foe: when it targets a foe, it acts as a threat wipe, as the target falls in love with you and no longer sees you as a threat; when it targets an ally, they get some sort of buff from it, due to being inspired by you.
Despite not being an Archery Power, it would still use an Archery Bow skin. But instead of a physical arrow, it would shoot an energy bolt.

For the next April Fool's Event, could we get an Imaginary Laser Sword skin?

For the next Winter Event, could we get an Ice Skating Travel Power? Like Swift Skating, but leaves a trail of ice.
