Stone's Penthouse queue bug

I have a weird new bug in Champions Online, for the Nighthawk event.
I can't get a pop up to enter the queue for Stone's Penthouse unless I create a full team first. I can actually watch people enter the mission after I've queued for it, check with search and see people in the mission who have queued after me and they are in there, and never get a notification to enter.. it just flat won't work for me anymore. Three days in a row now, I've had to beg people to form a team for me so I can get it done.
I've left and relogged in, verified all files, everything I can think of. It's just a broken queue for me, but apparently not for anyone else.
Would love some attention on broken queues, this is the first time I've had evidence of a queue being broken for some players (in this case, myself) and not for others. I'd be more than willing to do whatever i can to help track this bug down and squash it.
