Skip dialogue in Air Waves Series mission breaks now

I have done this on a couple characters since the last couple patches and skipping the dialogue breaks now. It will go as far as Zorran telling his friend to strike. Ka has the effect playing around him but he won't fall down and cry out. Then nothing happens.

Some of the time it will eventually work after waiting just as long as if you didn't skip the cut scenes. Leaving the instance and going back in doesn't reset it but can make it continue on.

It is very inconsistent.
