Force Geyser "Bruiser" Advantage Not Working As Intended

The Bruiser advantage is only adding 5 seconds to the duration of demolish instead of 15 (as the tooltip states).

    I discovered that this is just happening in the PH with many debuff refreshers. It would be nice if powers behaved consistently across zones.
