TK Ranged: Ego or Dex PSS?

I've been running a TK ranged build for quite a while now, and i'm very happy with it's damage output. However, i was wondering if there is any significant difference between dex and ego PSS in terms of damage? I've been trying it in powerhouse, but there's no significant difference; however, i'd like to know if the buffs available in cosmics would change it somehow.

    the energy form scales off dex but if you use concentration or chilled form you can use ego pretty handily. Other than that the only difference is mod prices.

    Afaik, Dex PSS is usually better for sustained dps (assuming you can roll 5x Expose Weakness), but the difference is generally not that much. So if you wanted to take Ego PSS for its other benefits, then that can be fine too. You also can still keep a Dex focus if switching to Ego PSS (assuming Dex is still SS'd)- just max out Sixth Sense then, instead of maxing out Follow Through w/ an Ego focus.
