  • Fixed a typo with the Frigid Perk.



Costumes
  • Fixed a bug where the Winged collar did not have all listed materials.



Powers
  • Fixed a bug where Mental Impact was not considered a mentalist power for effect purposes.

    So I wasnt just imagining things...metal being the only material for the collar struck me as odd.
