I assume that you'll be using FBlast to apply the shield, and then using FC to detonate. It looks like the build could work okay, though I may to get either the Barrier adv or R3 on Crushing Wave (can take points from the AO, Shield Restoration, the Ult, or Singularity Bomb for it- prob the AO or Shield Restore first). I would also prob get the Entropy Field adv on Shield Restoration, since its Power Shield can count as an extra Detonation for FC's adv (Singularity Bomb can also apply it, but it is much more expensive and has to be fully charged to guarantee the effect).
