Help With A Skunk Punk Rocker (Skunk Rocker???)

I want to create a humanoid skunk that is a rockstar.

I must have Pestilence, Epidemic, and Power Chord in the build.

Other than that I am at a loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, Epidemic is very expensive now, so you'll prob need to use a mostly Supernatural backbone w/ Supernatural Power as the EU, and plenty of energy stats (Int PSS/Mastery can be pretty nice for that). Here's an example build:

The open power slots can be w/e.

Uses the Wisp to debuff, while Epidemic is the main AoE, and you can alternate between IBLast and Defile for single targets. It's up to you on whether you want to take the Rock Concert adv on the Ult or not, depending on whether you want it more as a personal cd or as an ally buff. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some End and Con.

Thanks Flow. I decided to replace Infernal Blast with Lash w/ Decay adv because I think it fits the punk rock theme a little better. I also got rid of Preemptive Strike and added Anguish and put the extra point in Relentless Assault.

Yea, Lash w/ adv could work instead, as long as you don't mind its 50ft limit. Could also go w/ Guardian spec instead of Avenger spec if not using Preemptive Strike, but either setup can be fine.
