Can we increase UI scale beyond in-game cap for Ultra Widescreen?

I recently upgraded my computer and, as such, no longer play on 1600x900 resolution. Now that I play on 3480x2160, I find that the in-game UI is much too small even with the UI Scale slider maxed out. Is there any way to further increase the scale of the UI and other HUD elements, i.e. tinkering with files to perhaps bypass the cap?
