Winged-Arm Flight - New Travel Power plus Variants

I have a suggestion for a new Flight TP that shouldn't take much work and would be great for characters with winged costumes in the bracer slot in the arm section. With regular Flight or Heroic Flight, when a character flies with winged-arms the wings are either pushed too forward or pushed back. It just doesn't look right. In the comic books and movies, characters sporting wings usually have their arms (and thus wings) spread out like birds do. So it's really just tweaking the arm position of the character in flight. No need for the arms to flap IMHO, just be outstretched.

So the arm position of the Cape Glide TP would be PERFECT for winged arms and look amazing. And you could add all the variants like Fire, Electricity, etc. and have a whole bunch of new TPs to sell.

Everyone wants this, and we've been asking for it since Cape Glide was first introduced. Not only would it be great for the winged arm bracers, but it would be great for the under arm capes we have as well. I did see someone who managed to glitch Cape Glide in such a way so he didn't have a cape out when using the TP, but I have no idea how he did it.

Sadly, despite everyone begging for it for years, I don't think we'll ever get it. But I support anyone asking. Maybe if we annoy the devs enough we'll eventually drive them crazy and they'll give it to us just to shut us up.
