Zen Charges Cancelled

Last night, I decided to buy Zen and take advantage of the hideout sale. First I tried to use Paypal, but I got an email from Paypal that the transaction had been cancelled, I tried again using my card, and I got a "transaction pending" screen. I logged out and back in, but no Zen. I looked this morning and again this evening, but nothing. When my wife checked the bank app, she found the debit, followed by a credit back, both labeled with Perfect World rather than Champions. Anyone having similar problems, or an explanation? Thanks!

    I'm having these issues right now for the past 4 days. I tried all payment types, cc, PayPal, Google Pay. They always get cancelled. Haven't found a solution. Going to try to send a support ticket.
