Help with an all powerful witch build

Witches are beings who practice witchcraft and spellcraft. I want to have the ultimate indestructible witch. Here are the abilities that I theorized on working into the build.

Mediumship – Can view ghosts/spirits of deceased and communicate and/or interact with them.

Telepathy – Reading the thoughts of others at will and detecting the presence of other minds through extrasensory means.

Telekinesis – Has the power to move, manipulate or otherwise interact with objects/matter without physical means.

Necromancy – Has magical abilities that revolve around manipulating the dead, death, and the death-force and/or souls.

Pyrokinesis – Can manipulate cosmic flames. These mighty flames can burn without the need of the consumption of oxygen, and the intensity is so high, they can completely vaporize any matter without leaving byproducts such as ash.

Healing – Can restore biotic organisms to their optimal health, curing damaged or withered organisms, wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and diseases/poisoning.

Clairvoyance – Can acquire information using sight outside the normal range of detection about an object, person, location, or physical event.

Precognition – Can foresee possible futures and observe what may happen.

Reincarnation – Is capable of surviving and escaping death by being reborn in the body of another or possess a body that was just born.

Evocation – Can call upon or summon a spirit or entity for a specific task, information, or some practical application aimed at manifestation in the physical world.

So, you want to be fairly unkillable, but don't want to do much damage?

Hm, part of the issue is trying to cram that many abilities into one build (and some, like Precognition, aren't going to translate well in-game). You also didn't SS Int or Ego, despite taking Conc as the toggle/form. You could also benefit from a stronger single-target attack (LE is very low dps), and the EU you picked won't support most of the powers. If you don't mind doing lower dmg as a hybrid-dps (vs. a standard dps build), you could just take Regen as the passive for the healing aspect. Here's an example edit:

(not an early leveling build, ofc)
Telekinesis (the power) isn't going to be that useful overall, but MLeech is also limited to 50ft. You could take either for that last slot.

Soul Beam can be your main single-target attack, and Conflag is your main AoE. In either case, you can use the Wisp to debuff and roll Conjuring, and also summon the temp pets for some background dmg. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con (and some Dex and/or End).

Thanks Flow. This looks cool. I'll try it out. I already created my witch a couple days ago (she's at level 19 right now). Just trying to get a good build for her. The one you made looks like it could be exactly what I'm looking for.
