Was this only ever available in the Hyper Core Key Pack 2 years ago? Or is there anything in-game that drops it?

    Yep, it *should* be available in the scr/gcr store by now, as should the Right Eye of the Sapphre Dragon (only need to run around 300 Hi-Pan alerts to get enough drops to make a r7). However, despite repeated requests for an explanation for why they aren't availabe here, the devs have either been unwilling, or are unable, to offer up such an explanation.
