Cape Teleport Power?

Hello there. So, I've noticed that we have cape gliding and stuff. And I think it would be really cool to have a "cape teleport" ability similar to Cloak from Marvel or Meta Knight from SSB. Yeah. :-)

    Oh, I like this idea! Would love to see more things done with capes, and this one is a banger.

    This TP is sorta dogshit, since you can't attack while you're using it. Sorta like the broom one, and the bat one. They look cool, but they suck in actual execution.
