Supergroup and Team indicators are getting out of hand

I don't understand why in my account I keep getting these stacks of Supergroup and teams indicators under my chat box, :/
when the other accounts don't do this, Can someone please tell how to remove this and fix my account? it's been like this for 5 days, and I contacted Arc games and they told me here is where I can fix this problem, Please help. :s

I have attached a picture of the problem, I have no Idea why the stacks are getting worse than before.

    Pretty sure this is because of the voice chat being enabled. If you go into your options, click on the voice chat tab at the top, then click the "Disable Voice Chat" box, it'll get rid of it

    Thank you! I've been running in circles for the past days and you fixed it for me <3=)
    it's still pretty odd that enabling the voice chat box, the indicators only appear in this particular account, meanwhile my alt accounts, disabling or enabling doesn't change anything. strange :/ but nonetheless it's better than nothing thanks again :3
