Potent Magic Imbued Gauntlets drop an r3 healing rune
because its really annoying when an r1 rune overwrites r3 one from Pillar of Poz at a 10% chance

    Yes please!! For a few reasons the Potent Magic Imbued Gauntlets are far from being overpowered and this change would only help by taking an item from the cons list and add it to the pros list. Not being able to reliably proc an EU is another con but that's probably a conversation for another post..

    I have a character whose build is gonna be around this device as single target focus, so any potential for it to get better would be nice

    Rank 2 is the best I can go so far (i'm NOT going to farm Vikorin :unamused: )
