Looking for powers list that have certain advantage

Calling all data loving heroic types,

I am seeking a list of all powers that have the stim pack and/or inner peace heal over time sort of advantage. If there is already such a list that has been compiled it would save me some time sifting thru every power on my own. Any help is appreciated.

    Afaik no one has made such a list in particular. I'll skim the HC & PH and list the ones that I see here:

    Thunderstrike
    Neuroelectric Pulse
    Living Fire
    Flame Prison
    Force Snap
    Vapor Form
    Desperate Shot
    Evasive Maneuvers
    Holdout Shot
    Trip Wire
    Mini Mines
    Energy Wave
    Cybernetic Tether
    Particle Smash (smaller AoE version)
    Chained Kunai
    Laughing Zephyr
    TK Lariat
    TK Shards
    Iron Lariat
    Call to Battle
    Dark Tether
    Shadow Eruption
    all the sigil powers in Sorcery (Arcane, Ebon, Destruction, and Radiant)
    Vala's Light (smaller AoE version)
    Barbed Lariat
    Tear Down
    Vile Lariat
    Crippling Coils (smaller AoE version)
    Curse

    I think that's all of them for the powers, but I may have missed a few.
