Power Cycle and Relentless Pursuit do not work on Franklin Stone's Jet

Probably due to the weird hitbox issues, Power Cycle and Relentless Pursuit both don't deal damage to Franklin Stone's Jet. Seems like they can't get close enough for the power to think it's actually hitting it. The power will sustain, but no damage will be dealt.
