need to be about 2-3 times bigger. even low level standard/weak mobs are a problem to some weaker ATs.

Which standard/weak mobs and which weaker ATs are those? I've never had a problem taking on content meant for one individual person on any one AT, and that's because I know how to gear characters and use their powers tolerably well, which is the real problem (the game really, really doesn't explain any of that to people and leaves it up to them to figure it out on their own. The real fix to this problem would be our game tutorials being updated to be not garbage.)

Honestly, glass DPSes don't need a cosmic tank's HP pool to survive ye olde Museum Heist: Hi Pan.
The fact that the forums refuse to tell you how close you are to the character/post size limit until you attempt to post something that happens to be too big- and the automated spam filter will immediately completely lock you out of posting long-term if you attempt to post or edit posts too close to the character limit- is genuine agony.

I just assume the Serial enemies are referred too, which are still way too overdone for a simple mission, considering they are the same level as other enemies and such.

Overall you need to balance things out simply, not focus on Super stats alone but use Health and CON Mods as well, or Energy like REC and END, it all often depends on what you use, most you can get trough with blue/green gear also.

But I agree on the squishy type on some, like certain dots from Cosmic Events or Talismans Darkness Dot. It can be a pain for free form too. Balance was never a great strength of this game, especially with our skeleton dev crew we still have.

Seeing also Bungie having more worries about the Forum design then the game, I not put my hopes high with priorities again, so nothing really changed in all those years.

Honestly, I've /never/ needed to slot extra con mods OR rec and end (unless they're what my toggleform scales with.) For sub-40, Heirlooms of any kind, or Heirloom-esque (such as Teleios primaries, Genetic or Intriguing secondaries and the like) alone leaves even glass DPS ATs rolling through basically anything. And once you hit 40, if you're smart with your health management, all you ever need to do is slot Growth Amulets in your defense core slots, and occasionally pop a consumable healing device like dime-a-dozen Second Winds. No Con needed. Obviously, the exceptions to this are tanks who want to have mostly Con slotted (but still want to slot Growth Amulets in their defensive core slots,) and healers (they want Growth Amulets too, but they can self-heal themselves to tip-top shape easily.) That, and occasionally niche, situational builds targeting very, very specific jobs and bits of content.

As for Cosmics and Talisman, I... haven't ever seen Talisman's DoT be a problem; only that annoying "if you don't have a lunge you should kill yourself NOW, signed Kaiserin" darkness whirlpool, but that has its own solutions and just stacking health at the cost of performance elsewhere doesn't really fix that. For Cosmic DoTs, well... it's the healers' job to keep everyone alive for Kiga's unblockable 2/3rds and 1/3rds storm DoTs. For Qwyjibo's big knock-bubble DoT and lava patches, as well as Teleiosaurus's green bubble of spiky goodness, you're just supposed to block those EARLY to mitigate the worst of the ape's knock and not be tagged by Teleiosaurus's %-DoT (and block + step out of the patches when they spawn for Qwyjibo of course.) Even in glassy 5kHP fresh 40s in heirlooms, I've only ever had problems with those when healers weren't doing their jobs, or in the case of lava patches, when fellow melees and rangeds got too clingy and decided to glom together and all die at once instead of spacing out and all living, which is what you're (supposed) to do.

In short, poor resource management and player error is what makes 5k to 7.5k or so health on a DPS or occasionally a healer woefully low when it would otherwise be perfectly serviceable. OP wants health pools to be 2x to 3x bigger, so there's no way there's not a malfunction going on in the realm of resource management somewhere. I'd like to get an idea of exactly where in order to offer actual meaningful and helpful advice to resolve the issue on their end instead of just going "UNGA BUNGA, ME AM GOOD PLAYER, YOU AM BAD PLAYER FOR NOT DO SAME THING ME AM DO EVERY DAY, THIS THREAD BAD, PLEASE LOCK!"

Or maybe I'm just biased because I've never tried actively taking some of the worst ATs in the book (like Inventor or Impulse) through Serials, to Cosmics and the likes, only more comfortably moderate ATs like Soldier and post-rework Marksman, I dunno.
