*Turns on a brightening green overlaying filter and places a red outline on all hostile targets in 50 foot range to make them visible
*+ Percepcetion and dodge
*+5 Foot range on any power???
*While toggled on 25% chance to slow/stagger opponent in combat. Proving your preparation makes you just better than them.
*Visuals color optional green is default.
