Alert Queues Bugged

Every time I tried to queue for Burst, this happened.
The queue kept flipping between 59-60, but never launching.
Also, the queues haven’t changed enemies in almost 4 hours.
What did Cryptic change that broke them?

No APB mission handin for me today :cry:

Everytime someone makes a character that is an copy of an existing superhuman, Creativity is sad :'(

    This isn't a recent problem. It's been around for many years. Apparently the devs can't fix it though.

    It happened again a couple of days later.

    I know now if can be avoided by Private Queue forming.

    Apparently it’s 100% consistent with the Unknowable Rampage.
    That alone should make resolving this issue a priority fix.
