Two Builds Being Reworked (Dual Blades & Dual Psi Blades)

Hi All

So reworking two of my builds that where "Monomolecular Infiltrator" & "Omi Engineer" while both builds worked just as fine, I wanted more out of their DPS, rather then style points, both are to the point and have little to no "theme powers" to them.

The First build is a upfront Dual Blades with as much DPS/Cirt as possible, Night Warrior can be switched for Way of the Warrior if need be, but NW is for the Damage Bypass (if that does anything better then WoTW, then cool, if not, I will change)

Dragon's Warth (With Adv?, if it's any good, or can go R3) with Dragon Kick/w Dragon Rush, Resruge/Convi as usual, With Void Powers, for the little bit of Flavoring (Void Hunter anyone?)

My Ult is still up to debate, but not sure if I want to stick with Dual Blades or go for Arrow Assault

The 2nd build is a Framework Swap from Dual Blades to Psi-Blades from the Omi- Engineer Build, as the build above this is another upfront Psi Blades with as much DPS/Cirt as possible, with the exception of Warden MR being used here (However for more Cirt, I can go back with Dex MR).

Ego Weaponry & EBA for my main source of DPS, Resruge/Convi as usual, Particle Smash for it's Advs mostly and just for the Tech Theme, the rest of the powers are still in the works, but I may just go with the Reg Self Rez and such.

The first DB dps build is mostly fine, though DCollapse isn't adding that much to it (I guess it's okay as an AoE KD, though). I may also get R2 in Dragon Kick; you could nix Smoke Bomb or DCollapse's adv for it, or take out a rank from the block or the Ult (and I'd prob keep DB's Ult here). You could also max Focused Strikes in Vind spec, if you want to optimize DW's dps a bit more (though you'll lose some crit on AoE attacks via Mass Destruction). If you use NW's Sneak, the extra 1 adv pt could be used for its special adv (or to just rank up the 2nd travel power).

The 2nd build is okay, though I'd prob add EB Frenzy for a good pbAoE in there (it can also be quite useful defensively w/ its 3-pt dmg shield adv). I'd prob get Resurgence to R2 as well. Wardicator spec is ofc fine, but Brawler spec can work nicely w/ TK Blades builds too, due to Setup buffing EBA when you use it after Ego Weaponry for single-targets. Lastly, if you need extra free adv points, and for w/e reason, then you could always drop a rank from the block or the Ult, and/or drop one of Particle Smash's advs.

I can max out Focused Strikes in Vind spec for DW's DPS, I assume AoE attacks will only apply to things like Dragon Kick, cuz IIRC all attacks with Dual Blades are AoE (hence the Mass Destruction). NW is just for the DPS/Extra damage, but I may do that yes. I'll stick R2 in Dragon Kick as well

DCollapse is there mostly for the AoE KD, but I can switch it to something else if need be, was thinking Will-o'-the-Wisp with the Heal Adv to get bit of extra background healing.

I'll grab EB Frenzy for it's shield, I usually don't grab such, if I have focus in the Combo power, as I use one or the other, but for this build I think it should work out just fine, R2 in Resurgence for sure and I'll switch to Brawler spec!

Here are the edited builds with the suggested changes: I've kept MD in the Vind specs, as I do not know if my AoE powers do effect it or not, but I can always switch to FS in Vind Spec if need be for the extra DPS.

I've added R2 in Dragon Kick and Kept the Ult, ofc DCollapse is mostly their for flavor, but I can switch it to Wisp, for the extra healing and damage over time.

I've added in EB Frenzy/w Adv and added in R2 in Resurgence and went with Brawler spec as suggested, however just need to make sure that the Brawler spec is speced correctly.

Last power I'll still have to decide on that

Focused Strikes vs. Mass Destruction is just down to whether you want to prioritize single-target (here, DW, since most of your other attacks are AoE) or AoE dps. The difference isn't that big, though, since it's just one point here.

DCollapse is okay to keep if you like the look of it enough. The Wisp won't be doing that much for the DB build either, so you could just keep DCollapse for another CC option (since charged DK can already AoE stun, having an AoE knock can be fine to supplement that). For the 2nd build, the choices in Brawler seem okay (though I'd move 1pt in Glory of Battle to max Finishing Blow). Brawler's Flanking can also be really good, but it's more for group content where you can have tanks that can face mobs away from you.

Cheers then and I'll move the point to Finishing Blow!

Thanks for the help as always
