I decided to reimagine Justiciar and give him a more elaborate tights design, without losing the essence of his classic costumes.
The hood was a last minute add-on for his Steelhead outings.
I gave him a geometric facial structure to avoid trying to replicate his face.
EDIT:
No design survives contact with my neurosis, so here's the final cut.
