Marksman build inquiry

I was looking to make a new Marksman character, but I was wondering. Is there a viable Marksman build that uses either very few or none of the tech-based arrows like Sonic or Explosive?

The last few powers can be w/e ya want (maybe get another CC power, Desperate Shot w/ Stim Pack, a threat wipe, an Ult, and/or a self-rez).

The build uses charged Straight Shot to put up and refresh Armor Piercing (also applies Download to you), and uses Rapid Shots as the main single-target attack (get R3 to keep the mobility on it, or get the special adv for better base dmg). Storm of Arrows can be the main AoE attack, while Torrent of Arrows can be used as an AoE opener. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End_Dex.

If energy is less of an issue, then you can also swap End SS for Dex SS. DEX/Int/Con or EGO/Int/Con (both still w/ an Int focus) can also work as the SS setup here.
