Metal Tentacles back piece

I've seen a few players with a back piece that looks exactly like a certain octopus themed villain's tentacles, but I can't find the name of it to search. I thought it was either a Cybermind drop or costume but nothing comes up matching it. Anyone know what it's called and/or how to unlock?

    It's called Mecha Claw and came from the Zen store in the Mecha Claw Key Pack. I haven't seen it for awhile, so it may make a comeback soon.

    I do believe it is in the Trade Paperbag store by now.
