Issue with TK Reverberation scaling in description

The description for this power (TK Reverb) says it scales with END and to a lesser degree with REC, but after testing, it seems it's the opposite. With 95 REC and 15 END I get +25 energy, and with 95 END and 15 REC I get +19 energy.
Which one is correct, the description or the working condition?

    The working condition. It's a typo.
