Jet pack Jump... simple as that, just like rocket jump is to jet boots, Jet pack jump would fire your jetpack allowing you to jump,
As for perks I'd suggest just to make it slightly more useful in enclosed situations to have a 2advantage point perk thats already in game: charged up, so you can run a bit faster, thematically the jetpack always 'burns' when you move so it could be seen to provide a boost in speed when you are moving on the ground.
