bug: orbital cannon's plasma burn does not work with particle smash/plasma cutter

particle smash is supposed to consume plasma burn and apply disintegrate. this works correctly with laser sword powers. it also works correctly with plasma beam's melta cannon advantage. however, with orbital cannon it will neither consume plasma burn, nor apply disintegrate. tested with and without anvil of dawn adv, same result.

plasma cutter is supposed to consume plasma burn and apply overheat. similar problem not working with orbital cannon's plasma burns.

However, Hacked Orbital Cannon Codes device DOES all of the above. Procs Unified Theory. Plasma burn can be consumed by Particle smash and become Disintegrate. And, Plasma Cutter consumes for Overheat.​​
