Ice cage root doesn't count as a root for specs; Cold Snap doesn't refresh

Ice Cage roots should count as roots for specs (such as Trapped) but currently isn't. Most likely due to the different type of root it is (although it still applies root resistance just as normal) or due to the fact it comes from a pet applying the root.

Cold Snap from Ice Form and Ice Sheath should refresh when applied but currently won't.

    Both are great fixes that could really help ice to be more consistent and reliable! Would love to see these issues addressed.
