You forgot to take a toggle/form (likely FotTempest here), and I'd prob skip on the adv for the lunge (or even just drop the lunge to make room for the toggle/form- that or drop R1 Intensity for it). Ricochet Throw would be better if you took Night Warrior as the passive instead, due to its large bonus from Sneak, but you also don't really need RThrow in a melee build either. Butcher's Blades on Sword Cyclone is also pretty costly; I may just get R2 for it instead. You may also have energy issues when using DW if not taking Dragon's Rush (you could either get the Rush adv on DW, or get another Dragon attack w/ Rush on it). Here's an example edit of it:

I added DK for the Rush source, but it could be any other 'Dragon' attack from any MA set (though you can also use charged DK for burst AoE dmg and an AoE stun). For single-target dps, it puts up and refreshes Shredded w/ Blade Tempest, uses charged DK for Rush's energy, and otherwise uses charged DW as its main attack. For AoE, you can use Sword Cyclone (which can clump up nearby mobs), Blade Tempest, and/or charged DK. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con (and some cost discount on gear).

Thank you for help. I am also looking to fit in a 'Throwing Feather" type power. I am thinking the chained Kunai

Chained Kunai (Fang of the Dragon, Inner Peace)

Eh, if you really want that power, then I'd nix the Fang adv (Shredded is easy to apply w/ Blade Tempest) and maybe replace the lunge w/ it (or the self-res). If you still wanted the Inner Peace adv (for another self-heal) then you could take a rank from the Ult or one of the other non-DW attacks.

Note that "Silver Swan" is the name of a long-standing DC Comics villain, an enemy of Wonder Woman. That name may not be allowed for your character. Silver Swan

Well, I assume you still want "swan" in the name because of the swan head costume piece. If you want to keep the alliteration, how about "Steel Swan?" Given your build, steel sounds more appropriate than silver anyway. ;)
